An interweaving plot unfolding against the backdrop of the 2003 Iraq War and the world of the multi-billion pound mobile phone industry, flashing back and forth to retrace events from three different perspectives: The Engineer, a man diagnosed with an inoperable brain tumour manipulated into mounting a terror campaign against phone masts, The Soldier, an Iraq War veteran and police marksman who shoots people using mobile phone, and The Boss, a ruthless CEO of the mobile phone operator targeted for kidnapping and assassination in a revenge plot.
